Hello and Happy new year to you all.

Had a lovely Christmas break back home.

No snow, like I was guessing that might be the case, so didn’t really get many pictures at all as it was a bit rainy and gloomy.

New year has started well, managed to find a job and that seems to go well after few days. Will tell you more when I get a bit more settled there.

Probably will have a lot less time for photography as I’m working which is a bummer, but will try and update the blog as often as I can.

Quite enjoyed these last couple of months without work and time to take pictures but as it doesn’t quite pay the bills yet reality is that can’t go without “real” work for very long.

It seems like my go to place to take pictures in London has started to be around southbank and along the Thames. Maybe I need to branch out a bit more.

I’m trying to update the whole look of this blog soon too, as you may see some new features. Hopefully getting more photos uploaded to the portfolio and everything else done soon.

Here is couple more pictures from London.
It's only less than a week til christmas. If you avoid the shops (as I successfully have) it doesn't feel very christmassy at all. Can't wait to spend a christmas in Finland though, it's been a while.
Hopefully get some nice winter photos from Finland but looks like even there it's not going to be white christmas this year.

London Town

First week behind us and London has surprised us so far.
It's still busy and a nightmare to commute but we have discovered there are lots of nice huge parks and greenery which I guess you don't realise on the normal tourist weekend when staying right in the city centre.
Lots of little village-like areas with nice little cafes, shops and markets.
Lovely Autumn colours around at the moment too.

First set of pictures is a random mix of not your typical London.
Will slowly venture in to the city more when I get more confident about the tubes and find my way around better.

Highlands, Scotland

Sorry for a lack of updates, been busy packing up and moving. Been spending a nice relaxed week up in Highlands before move to London.
